PNJL model at zero temperature: The three-flavor case

We propose a three-flavor version of the Polyakov-Nambu-Jona-Lasino (PNJL) model at zero temperature regime, by implementing traced Polyakov loop ($\Phi$) dependence in scalar, vector and 't Hooft channel strengths. study thermodynamics this model, named as PNJL0, with special attention for first order confinement/deconfinement phase transition which $\Phi$ is parameter. For symmetric quark matter case, an interesting feature observed strong reduction constituent strange mass ($M_s$) chemical potential related to point where deconfinement takes place. The emergence favors restoration chiral symmetry even quark. also investigate charge neutral system quarks leptons weak equilibrium. As application, we construct hadron-quark density dependent hadronic coupled SU(3) PNJL0 model. In side composed deconfined particles. This approach used determine mass-radius profiles compatible recent data from Neutron Star Interior Composition Explorer (NICER) mission.
